How To Submit A Helpdesk Ticket (3:27)

How to Connect To A Printer
If your printer is not responding, and you are sure it isn't a physical problem (no paper, disconnected plugs or cables), then you might need to add the printer to your computer's printer list. This video will walk you through the steps to do that.
